in the midst of a painful and often painstaking recovery, yet another blow has hit the people and city of new
orleans.
this new development could strike the death knell for a comeback. where is the
cavalry? with this
government, there is little hope.

Just what form would this 'calvary' take? What would it do? I'm not trying to sound abrasive, but your comment was kind of left hanging. Was it ultimately a request for ideas? If that's the case, then in all fairness I should say I don't have any at the moment that would sufficiently address this problem. At the same time, I can almost, again ALMOST understand, why the insurer made the decision that it did. Just my two cents contribution to the noise unless anyone out there has a workable idea...
Oops, I should have said 'cavalry' as opposed to 'calvary'.
Speaking of typos, see, i make them too. calvary:) Yes, ideas are welcome, although, the point i was trying to make is IF the levees were in tip top shape- the GOVERNMENT'S job- the insurance company would be less likely to pull out.
